1997 Stratus. How can I change the engine and transmission?

I have a 1997 stratus. I want to put a new engine in it and change the transmission to manual. What is the biggest engine I can fit in it and where can i convert it to manual?!?!?! D:1997 Stratus. You could probably swap out the engine easilly enough, but I'm not sure where you would come up with a manual transmission, since the Stratus was never offered with one.
