How do I change the engine oil on my '03 Monte Carlo?

I have an '03 Monte Carlo with a V6 engine, and I want to know how I would go about changing the oil on my car MYSELF. I don't want to take it to a mechanic if I can avoid it, SO, if anyone out there knows how I can do this myself, you help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Good Luck...How do I change the engine oil on my '03 Monte Carlo?get under the car and look for the oil pan, their is a bolt located on the oil pan, loosen it up, and let the oil drain into a bucket. then locate the oil filter goes into the engine block loosen that up, sometime it can be hard so may need some tools to loosen it up,then after your done with that replace the filter, take fresh oil rub it around the rubber seal on the filter. tighten the filter and the bolt, put new oil in the engine.How do I change the engine oil on my '03 Monte Carlo?locate the oil pan, find the bolt on the oil pan, undo it, drain the oil, and refil. remember to change your filter
