How do you change engine mounts for a skoda favorit 1.3?

Hi does anyone know how exactly to change the mounts on a skoda favorit 1.3?i took it to garage who said they couldn't do it cos you need a press,but I'm not convinced. I've got the mounts and would do it myself if i knew the procedure.can anyone help.How do you change engine mounts for a skoda favorit 1.3?I don't know, take it to another garage I guess.
