Can you change a v6 dodge ram to a v8 if so how much would it come close to?

i have a 1994 dodge ram 1500 v6 and im wondering how or if i can change the engine to a v8. and if i could about how much would it come out to.Can you change a v6 dodge ram to a v8 if so how much would it come close to?it would cost you about 800 in parts to swap it out with and then you,d have to get the exhaust done for it,you,d have around 1200-1400.00 in it counting labor and parts, you could trade the truck and pay that amount of difference and get v-8 truck, good luck. Can you change a v6 dodge ram to a v8 if so how much would it come close to?A 1994? It's absolutely MUCH cheaper to simply trade-in that vehicle and get a V8. Even on a brand-new V6 it would be more expensive to swap out to a V8 than to have simply started with the V8.

There's more than just the engine involved. Often V8 vehicles have more robust transmissions, suspensions, and larger brakes that people fail to factor in the cost... then add in a few grand in labor. Can you change a v6 dodge ram to a v8 if so how much would it come close to?It would be pointless to do this. A 16 yr old truck with a V6 is not worth much, so no point in spending a lot of money (thousands of $$$) to do this swap.

If you want a V8 truck, sell the V6 truck and buy one. No engine swap hassles. Can you change a v6 dodge ram to a v8 if so how much would it come close to?costs less to trade it in for a V8.
