Does anyone know how how dificult it is to change the engine wiring loom on a 2.0 red top engine?

Its a fairly straight forward job, the best way to do it is to lay the new loom out on the floor. Then starting in the engine bay as you disconnect the old loom using masking tape to identify where the loom goes on the engine.

Slowly remove the loom and then working in reverse fit the new loom.

Ja.Does anyone know how how dificult it is to change the engine wiring loom on a 2.0 red top engine?Changing any wiring loom on any vehicle is fairly easy but you have to take it slow and logical. Start by getting a wiring diagram and a new loom. First compeare the new loom with the old. Quite often previous owners will have made chops or additions. Mark everything up (yes, everything) using masking tape so you know where it came from. As you take off the old replace with the new and work towards the end of the loom when you should have no connectors left.

This is a fairly easy job but it takes time, especially when you do your first one, and you must mark everything up and work accurately and slowely. There are no prizes for short cuts.

Good luck
