Depending on the vehicle, you may need to remove the radiator and A/C condenser. You may also need a special puller/installer for the accessory drive (front balancer), and you should check the nose of the crankshaft for wear. Once you get the old seal and SLEEVE off (I recommend to have a seal installer) you can install the new seal and sleeve. It is not a 5 minute job but it isnt worth pullin all that off the front niether.
